TROMBLESS (gel)
going to the hairdresser is a whole problem, I can think for several weeks whether I should do it or wait a little longer, and then after making an appointment not the first time I finally come... What can we say about the operation, even such a local one... And therefore at times I just used some creams/ointments, including the popular Lyoton Gel 1000. But time passes, nothing goes away on its own, and I want to look good, so I once again decided to try using local remedies to get rid of this wreath.
To do this, I bought Trombless gel for external use. It is produced by the domestic company Nizhpharm, which is known for its high-quality and affordable prices for its medicines, compared with imported analogues. This gel contains 1000 IU/g sodium heparin (active ingredient). There are quite a few indications for use of Trombless gel, since it is an anticoagulant, it can be used wherever it is necessary to locally disperse the blood, that is, not only thrombophlebitis, but also the most common injuries, contusions, bruises and swelling.
I bought it only to fight a vein, but it so happened that I had the opportunity to try it in another, not at all classic medical case. I'll tell you about him. Back in the summer, while on a walk, I once sat down on a boardwalk in the park and some (or some) creeping or flying reptiles—I don’t even know who exactly—bit me at the place where my butt ends and my legs begin. They didn’t even just bite, they actually devoured me; I later counted four bites on an area of skin measuring 3 by 4 centimeters. Moreover, I didn’t notice the moment of the bite, I just felt that someone was crawling and brushed it off with my hand. And a few hours later THIS started happening there - it was so itchy that I thought I was going to rip a piece of meat out of myself! As a result, I dispersed the poison from these bites under the skin so that I didn’t even have a bruise, but a rather large purple spot UNDER the skin. At the same time, the papules themselves from the bites had long gone away and the skin felt completely even and smooth to the touch, but this spot... At first I thought that it would go away on its own, but in a week it did not become an ounce smaller or lighter. That's when I decided to try Trombless. I won't lie, a miracle happened the first time. The miracle did not happen the first time, nor the second time, nor even after a week. But around the end of the second week, this spot began to gradually decrease and very slowly, but become lighter. I did not continue to treat this area to the bitter end with this ointment; as soon as I noticed that there were improvements, I stopped applying it. I think that the body just needed a push to start fighting this problem. About four months have passed since that incident, and the problem has not been completely eliminated, but thanks to Trombless, instead of a bloody subcutaneous stain, now there are only small bruises at the bite sites.
Now about the main purpose of purchasing the gel - to reduce a bulging vein on the leg. Here I must say that I used the gel NOT according to the INSTRUCTIONS (see above). The instructions say that the gel should be applied 1-3 times a day and used for 3 to 7 days. And if, in terms of the number of applications, I generally followed the recommendations and used the gel at first twice a day (morning and evening), then in terms of the duration of use, I broke all the rules. I can NOT recommend following my example, but I will tell you about it. During the week of applying the gel allotted in the instructions, I did not see any results at all - pure zero. So she just continued to smear. I decided to use the product until the tube runs out. I applied it daily, twice a day. Since the area of the protruding vein is quite small, I applied as much gel at a time as you can see in the photo below, and applied it only to the vein; I didn’t specifically apply it around it, unless something accidentally got there.
Here the strip is about 1 centimeter long, sometimes even less. The gel is completely transparent, of medium density, spreads well over the skin, is quickly absorbed, has a very slight odor, the first minutes after application to the skin there is still a certain feeling of stickiness, but after a few minutes everything goes away. It doesn’t stain clothes—in general, it’s a fairy tale to use. I have already smeared half the tube today and now I can definitely say that there is an effect. Moreover, I noticed it around the third week of using the gel. Previously, the vein looked like a solid strip with protruding “nodules” in places, but now only these same “nodules” remain, and even those have become obviously smaller. I can say this because now, even in the evening, they do not always appear above the surface of the skin, I just see them with my eyes, they still appear greenish under the skin. As soon as I saw a clear improvement, I reduced the frequency of using the gel. Now I apply it to the problem area only once a day, but still every day, to maintain the effect. I am very pleased with the results of the vein treatment. A bunch of capillaries burst close to this vein, and therefore I began to smear it at the same time, but the effect on them is not very noticeable yet. But I will continue.

Trombless is a local direct-acting anticoagulant. Indicated for chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), thrombosis with inflammation of the walls of the superficial veins and the formation of a blood clot that closes the lumen of the vessel, edema and localized compactions formed in soft tissues, the occurrence of which is caused by the accumulation of cell elements, blood, lymph, subcutaneous hematomas, injuries and bruises muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons. In our country, the incidence of CVI is 32% in women and 19% in men. At risk are pregnant women, in whom this figure reaches 40-50%. During drug therapy during pregnancy, medications are required to ensure maximum safety for the health of the expectant mother and fetus and the reliability of the evidence base. The drug Trombless fully meets these criteria. It passed a whole series of clinical trials, one of which was conducted in Russia at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy. Pregnant women with symptoms of CVI were selected as study participants and divided into two groups. The first group, in addition to standard treatment (the drug Phlebodia), used Trombless three times a day for 3 weeks, followed by a three-week break, and then another drug course of the same duration. Participants in the control group received standard treatment with Phlebodia. The study showed that the introduction of the drug Trombless into the basic therapy of CVI has a significantly positive effect in the complex treatment of CVI in pregnant women.
The use of the drug Trombles made it possible to quickly stop the clinical manifestations of CVI. At the end of the course of pharmacotherapy, pain was eliminated in 75% of women in the first group, while in the control group this figure was 54%. After the first drug course, swelling was not eliminated in only 7% of women in the first group, while in the control group this figure was 26%. During the study and after its completion, not a single participant experienced any undesirable side effects. The drug is practically not absorbed into the systemic circulation. Contraindications to taking Trombless: individual intolerance to the components, ulcerative-necrotic lesions and suppuration of the skin, mechanical damage to the skin, increased bleeding. A single dose is a strip of gel 3-10 cm long. Frequency of use is 1-3 times a day. The duration of the medication course is 3-7 days. The duration of pharmacotherapy is determined by the doctor. The only possible side effect: allergic reactions. Mild hyperemia is not clinically significant and cannot serve as a basis for discontinuing the drug. Trombless is not recommended to be taken simultaneously with NSAIDs, antihistamines and tetracycline antibiotics.
