The Osama Hamdiy diet does not allow the inclusion in the diet of fatty varieties of red meat and fish, as well as products based on them (sausages, offal, canned meat/fish, bacon, ham, sausages), all types of cereals, vegetable and animal fats, including including butter, margarine, mayonnaise. All salted vegetables, cereals, rice, canned food, pasta, smoked meats, potatoes in any form, beets, and baked goods are excluded.

It is prohibited to consume products containing easily digestible carbohydrates - jam, honey, cream-containing products, sugar, jam, chocolate, ice cream and sweets. As for fruits, you should not eat mangoes, grapes, dates, bananas, or figs.

Any fermented milk products are excluded from the diet - cream, sour cream, cheese, kefir/fermented baked milk with a high fat content. The consumption of black tea, coffee and caffeine-containing drinks, all types of alcohol, and carbonated drinks is prohibited. Limit the use of table salt.
